
In May 2025, Lilly Canada partnered with HUMANCONTACT to produce a dynamic and engaging launch meeting for their new product, Zepbound®. The event took place at the historic Château Frontenac in Quebec City and was designed to energize the commercial team, ensuring they felt confident and prepared to engage with customers post-meeting.
A key highlight of the event was a custom-designed “Amazing Race” workshop, created in collaboration with HC. The activity took participants on an interactive journey throughout the hotel. Teams of four were each given a colored bandana and a passport. After receiving their first clue, teams had to solve riddles to uncover the next location and then complete challenges at each station. Each task thoughtfully tied together the event theme with both the patient experience and key product knowledge.
The race not only encouraged team-building and friendly competition but also gave participants a refreshing change of scenery from the traditional meeting environment. Though the event required detailed logistical planning, the execution was seamless, and the attendee feedback was overwhelmingly positive. The activity succeeded in its goal: preparing and motivating the commercial team to execute in a memorable and meaningful way.
